The following rules must be followed to help us identify the correct cancellation.

• Only the person who subscribed to the listing and whose name was entered can request cancellation

• The Cancellation request must be accompanied by a screen image of the business entry to be cancelled.

• Billing is done on the 1st of the month. Therefore the subscription payment will be cancelled effective the month after the month of cancellation.
